Mr James Parfitt – Managing Director

James is the son of Parfitts co-founder, Mrs Linda Parfitt.

He has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the carpet and flooring industry and has been in the family firm since the age of 19.

An extremely well known local business man and well respected trader, James has taken Parfitts Carpets into the 21st century and is always looking to take the company forward in all aspects of the business but can still be found “keeping his hand in”  with his team of fitters, being fully qualified in all aspects of carpet and hard floor fitting.

He is also a member of the local Chamber Of Trade.
 
 
 
 
 
 

Mrs Jane Parfitt – Director

Jane is the wife of Parfitts Managing Director James Parfitt and is the principle face most customers see when in our showroom.

 

She has a vast knowledge and understanding of virtually every product stocked at Parfitts.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Mrs Kerry Goodman – Sales Manager

 

Kerry has been with Parfitts for 8 years and has an excellent knowledge of products, supply/delivery times and has been the showroom manager for the last 2 years.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Mrs Tracey Earl – Customer accounts manager

 

Tracey is one of our most experienced shop-based members of staff.

She has over 20 years of knowledge and service to draw upon and subsequently has a massive insight into suggesting the right products to match the customers needs.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Mr Robert Morgan – Fitting Manager

 

Robert is our most senior member of staff.

He is a fully qualified Karndean and Altro fitting specialist and has over 27 years experience of fitting a wide variety of flooring products with Parfitts.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Mr Jason Beynon – Floor Fitters Assistant Manager
